Publication Methodology

The following is the methodology adopted during the peer-review process of every manuscript submitted to the journal:

Each submitted manuscript is instantly acknowledged with a manuscript ID and further communication will be made by the corresponding authors through this manuscript ID only.

The received manuscript is checked by the editorial team to ensure its suitability under the ambit of the journal. If found suitable then appropriate reviewers will be assigned to the manuscript. If not then that manuscript will be rejected without any further processing. The identity of both, the authors and the reviewer will be encapsulated from each other.

The recommendations of the reviewers will be taken under the following status:
• Publish unedited
• Accepted with minor changes
• Accepted with major changes
• Rejected: manuscript is not technically sound

On getting response through all the reviewers, a cumulative decision will be made by the editorial team under the following status
• Publish unedited • Accepted with minor changes • Accepted with major changes • Rejected: manuscript is not technically sound

If the Editor recommends “Publish unedited,” the manuscript is accepted for publication.
If the Editor recommends “Accepted with minor changes,” the authors are notified to prepare and submit a final copy of their manuscript with the required minor changes suggested by the reviewers within a limited time frame. The Editor reviews the revised manuscript after the minor changes have been made by the authors. Once the Editor is satisfied with the final manuscript, the manuscript can be finally accepted for publication.

If the Editor recommends “Accepted with major changes,” the recommendation is communicated to the authors. The authors are expected to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the changes recommended by the reviewers and to submit their revised manuscript in a timely manner. Once the revised manuscript is submitted, the Editor can resend the manuscript to the earlier allotted reviewers. Afterwards this manuscript will be considered for the following status only:
• Publish unedited
• Accepted with minor changes
• Rejected: alteration done by the authors is not satisfying

If the Editor recommends ‘rejected’ the manuscript, the rejection is immediate.
For the finally accepted paper, a ‘proof read’ copy will be created and then send to the authors for further check. On getting reverse response from the authors, that particular manuscript will be considered for the very next issue of the journal.
A high-quality, fair, and unbiased peer-review process of every manuscript submitted to the journal is ensured, since any manuscript must be recommended by two or more reviewers usually along with the Editor of the manuscript in order for it to be accepted for publication in the journal.
